When should I use a workflow instead of an AI agent?

You do not need AI for everything. Use a workflow when you have a fixed process that is already mapped out, such as always sending the same sequence of emails. That is an automation, and having the AI do it would be overkill. Use AI when decisions need to be made at each step.
