How do I run an automation when someone submits my form?

Open the form and click Enable, then choose to create a new agent. This creates a workflow with a form trigger: when the form is submitted, it does whatever you add, such as send an email, send an SMS or make a phone call. You can also email yourself a real-time new lead notification.

You can also just tell the AI assistant what you want to happen when the form is filled out, and it builds the automation for you.

This works for forms embedded on your own website as well as forms on sites built in Votel.
