Can I use a snapshot from the snapshot library for a niche or business that is not listed?
Yes. Think of snapshots as use cases rather than niche specific products. Most can be adapted to many industries, for example an AI receptionist, after hours lead capture, appointment setting, ordering and reservations, prospecting, support, and call routing based on who is calling (for example the car owner or the insurance company). A few are very specific and only fit their niche, such as the treatment compliance follow-up for personal injury law firms.
To adapt a snapshot to your niche:
- Install it from Library, then Snapshots.
- Ask the AI assistant to adapt it to your industry, or open the workflow and edit the messages yourself, for example the opening greeting and the company name.
Sometimes changing the opening message is all it takes. The snapshots are also good examples of how to build things in the system.
